Since 2007 Elena Gonzalez lives in Switzerland. She graduated successfully from the Zurich University of Arts ZHdK with the concert diploma and the Master of Arts in music education, both with excellency.
Besides her soloist and performing work, Elena Gonzalez educational work includes lessons in Andelfingen, Dübendorf and Schaffhausen, furthermore she was lecturer for Oboe teaching methodology at the Zurich University of Arts ZHdK, where she actually gives some courses.
Elena Gonzalez is co-initiator of the „Doppelrohrtag“ (double reed day) in Switzerland.
2014 she published her edition of „Le Tombeau de Couperin“ by M.Ravel with the publishing house of Edition Kunzelmann.
